Annual Poetry Month Reading Series

Sundance is pleased to host a series of readings in honor of National Poetry Month.

Join us on Thursday, April 26th at 6:30pm to hear poetry from Luke Johnson, Kathryn de Lancellotti, and Gary Short.


Luke J. Johnson lives on the coast of California with his wife and three kids. He is working on an MFA from Sierra Nevada College and his poems can be found in Asheville Poetry Review, Connotation Press, Cultural Weekly, Greensboro Review, San Pedro River Review and others. 

Kathryn de Lancellotti is a former recipient of the Cowell Press Poetry Prize and the George Hitchcock Memorial Poetry Prize. Her poems and other works have appeared in Chicago Quarterly Press Review, Catamaran Literary Reader, The Bind and others. She’s currently completing her MFA in Poetry at Sierra Nevada College.

Gary Short is the author of three volumes of poetry and three chapbooks. Among his honors are a fellowship from the National Endowment for the Arts, the Western States Book Award, a Stegner fellowship from Stanford, a fellowship at the Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown, and a Pushcart Prize.
